SELEBRITALK – Kolaborasi keren antara Megan Thee Stallion dan Beyonce lewat lagu “Savage” sukses membawa mereka memboyong piala Grammy Awards 2021, untuk kategori Best Rap Song.
Saat dirilis pada 29 April 2020, lagu “Savage” menjadi kejutan manis yang sudah dinantikan penggemar Beyonce. Megan Thee Stallion juga gembira, terharu sekaligus merasa terhormat karena Beyonce mau berkolaborasi dengannya.
Megan Thee Stallion mengaku bisa bekerja sama dengan Beyonce adalah salah satu cita-citanya sejak lama. Dan lagu “Savage” ini semakin populer karena sering dipakai para pengguna Tik Tok untuk melakukan ‘savage challenge’.
Megan mengungkapkan jika segala keuntungan yang diperoleh musisi yang terlibat dalam lagu “Savage” akan disumbangkan ke L.I.F.E. Houston, sebuah Lembaga food bank yang menyediakan bantuan makanan untuk keluarga dengan bayi di Houston selama pandemi.
